Our 60-foot vessel, the Glacier Seal, is a custom-designed cruiser built for extended trips throughout Southeast Alaska. Without a doubt the most versatile touring boat in these waters, it has a specially engineered layout that ensures everyone clear viewing regardless of their position on the main level or observation deck. The Glacier Seal also has the latest in electronic navigational equipment and contains a large generator for A/C electricity.
The MAIN DECK LEVEL has several large tables and seats
able to accommodate 30 passengers. This area can also be arranged
for large passenger groups needing sleeping accommodations. The
wheelhouse is located on this level and is accessible by everyone.
We believe the Captain should be available for you at all times
and not located in an inaccessible position on the vessel. Generally
all presentations are exhibited here with accommodations for slide
show and a TV monitor. Also on this level is the lavatory and
access to forward and rear decks.
The LOWER LEVEL contains 5 available private staterooms
with double bunks and sink. Another lavatory is located on this
level as well as the engine room.
The OBSERVATION DECK is the most popular place on the
vessel with 360-degree viewing, benches, and enough room for photographic
tripods or just stretching out after a day of incredible touring.
Allowing unrestricted viewing for photographers and all passengers,
this area is without question a foremost necessity for a complete
touring vessel.
